We do not provide any representations or warranties, whether express or implied for the adequacy and efficacy of the security measures adopted for the protection of your information.

We shall not be liable for any events or acts that may arise, that are beyond our control that may affect the terms and conditions detailed in this Policy. We shall not be responsible for loss or misuse of your information resulting from a ‘force majeure event’, including fire, flood, acts of god, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of the government, hacking, virus attack, etc.
